Sistech is the leading European non-profit supporting refugee women land sustainable tech & digital jobs. Sistech works with companies taking a concrete step towards more diversity & inclusion providing them with access to a pool of talented refugee women to hire.

The Springboard is a 6-month free, hybrid and holistic programme accelerating the professional inclusion of refugee women thanks to weekly mentoring sessions, autonomous tech training in web development, Ux/Ui design, data analysis, IT Support , Digital project management as well as networking activities in order to connect with local ecosystems.
