About Us.
AMURTEL Greece maintains a safe women’s space that focuses on the period from pregnancy up to two years after birth. We offer midwifery care during pregnancy and postpartum, support for breastfeeding, infant nutrition and infant/toddler care, sexual reproductive health literacy, gender based violence/women’s rights awareness sessions, parenting groups, and peer-to-peer training in antenatal, postnatal and parenting.
AMURTEL maintains a day center in a central area of Athens as well as providing services in refugee camps, shelters and local NGO venues.
